  1. Hi Amanda! I tried this with my kids last week, kind of funny. My feet did feel smoother afterwards and it tickles a lot.

    1. Hi Cheryl - That's fascinating that you and your kids have tried this - these spas must be located all over Greece I guess? I asked the woman in the photo what it was like and she said it felt sort of weird!

This year it seems to be in fashion in Greece, so many such fish spas on Skiathos!

    1. Ola, So that answers my question - if there are many spas on Skiathos then it must be a big business all over Greece!

    1. Mim - I read about the species of fish they use in these spas - they sound like little piranhas to me :((

  7. Well, that is interesting, For humans. For a Bear, it would be a mid-morning snack.

  10. amanda, i am writing a story about the macabee family--four children, a spunky poetry loving mother, and a righteous riotous aunt louise, spanned over forty years. and i guess i'm also writing about time and place--i find myself researching history and dates. oh, and john denver is weaved into this tale too
    :^)
